Position: Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Tan stationed in Wuhan, Shanghai and Beijing of PR China from 1977 to 1982. He was a trader for Philipp Brothers in Beijing (now known as Salomon Brothers). He has 30 years of experience in metals trading in Hong Kong and the PRC. Mr. Tan was a director of a listed company in Hong Kong from 1989 to 2006. Mr. Tan is a Hong Kong resident and also a member of the Political Consultation Committee of Hami City.

| ZHANG Ming
Position: Director
Mr. Zhang is the General Manager of Xinjiang Yakesi Resources Limited, the PRC operation subsidiary of GobiMin, since 2001. Throughout his career, he has occupied numerous management positions and has comprehensive experience in mining operations in the PRC. He was the Director of Hami Economy & Trade Committee prior to 2001 and had been the Director of Hami Gold Bureau from 1997 to 2000.

Mr. Marleau is a founder and has been President and Managing Partner of Palos Capital Corporation since 1998. With over 40 years of experience in the business and financial community, Mr. Marleau has structured many mergers and acquisitions as well as designed and created numerous financial transactions in Canada. He sits on the board of directors of numerous TSX listed public companies.

| Dominic CHENG
Position: Director
Mr. Cheng has occupied a number of management positions throughout his career. Prior to returning to Vancouver for his retirement in 2001, he worked for a publicly listed company in Hong Kong as an executive from 1992 until June 2001. He was involved in various investment projects located in the PRC and Malaysia. He also participated in various refinancing arrangements with investment bankers and played an important role to successfully implement a marketing strategy to enhance the timely realization of a number of real estate projects. Mr. Cheng has a strong accounting and auditing background before immigrating to Canada in 1989. He had worked with one of the then "Big Eight" audit firms for 10 years before assuming the position as an audit manager for 14 years with another audit firm.

| Fugui QIAO
Position: Director
Mr. Qiao is the Deputy Chief of the Planning and Development Department of Jinchuan Group Limited, the largest producer of nickel and cobalt in China. He is also the Chairman of Gansu Jin Ao Mineral Resources Company Limited. He joined Jinchuan in 1988 and has over 18 years experience in the mining sector. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering in 1988 and a Master degree in Geological Engineering in 2005. He has comprehensive and consolidated working experiences in the mining field.
