Joint Ventures in Xinjiang and Explorations
GobiMin has four joint ventures with local partners, exploring various base metal projects in Xinjiang, China. Up to November 2009, the joint ventures obtained about 20 exploration licenses for copper, nickel, lead and zinc projects in Xinjiang. The projects are at early exploration stage while some of them had undergone reconnaissance-prospecting or reconnaissance explorations.
